Annual Plan Guarantee: We want you to be happy with Miro Poly. Annual subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions
No refunds for monthly subscriptions. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, but we do not offer refunds for monthly payments.
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
1.2 Annual Subscriptions
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
- Full refund within 7 days of initial purchase
- No questions asked
- After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
- Annual subscribers who downgrade to monthly receive prorated credit toward future billing
1.3 Free Tier
The Free tier is completely free — no payment required, no refunds applicable.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email support@miropoly.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Funds returned to original payment method
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after refund eligibility period has expired
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent or abusive refund patterns
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)
4. Prorated Credits
Annual subscribers who cancel outside the 7-day refund window:

5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund returns payment and immediately terminates access.
6. API Credit Refunds
API credits purchased separately:
- Unused credits: Full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Partially used credit packs: Prorated refund based on remaining credits
- Bonus credits (from referrals, promotions): Non-refundable
7. Special Circumstances
We may grant refunds outside standard policy for:
- Extended service outages (> 24 hours)
- Significant feature removal that materially affects your use case
- Technical issues on our end preventing service access
- Medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances
8. Chargebacks
We prefer to resolve issues directly. If you initiate a chargeback:
- Your account may be suspended pending investigation
- We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks
- Multiple chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
9. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated. Changes apply to new purchases only; existing subscriptions retain the policy in effect at time of purchase.
