1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Miro Poly ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), including our browser extension, Telegram bot, website, and API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Miro Poly provides tools and analytics for Polymarket traders, including:

• Browser extension for enhanced Polymarket interface
• Whale tracking and trader analytics
• Real-time alerts and notifications
• Mispricing detection and arbitrage scanning
• Social sentiment analysis
• API access (for paid tiers)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Miro Poly. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age to form a binding contract
• You are not barred from receiving services under applicable law
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service
• You comply with all applicable laws regarding prediction markets in your jurisdiction

4. Account Registration

Certain features require account registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

Miro Poly offers a free tier with basic features. No payment is required to use the free tier.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

Pro and Whale tiers require payment. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or spider any part of the Service without authorization
• Share API keys or account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Miro Poly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, or distribute our software without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any trading losses or financial damages
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analytics
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Financial Risk Disclosure

Trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk:

• You may lose all funds deposited in prediction markets
• Past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future results
• Our tools provide information, not financial advice
• Always do your own research and never trade more than you can afford to lose

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
